OUR STORY

Safari Grill® has been offering great tasting safari burgers® at markets, food festivals and events throughout the UK

 

We started in the market town of Halifax, West Yorkshire where we brought our exotic meat safari burgers® to their monthly food markets, annual food festival and christmas light switch on.

 

We also travelled around the Halifax area, visiting Sowerby Bridge Christmas fayre, Hebden Bridge Food Festival and the Todmorden Weekly food market.

 

We moved to Manchester in 2014 where we operate 3 days per week from a permanent site in Piccadilly Gardens offering our Ostrich, Buffalo and Venison burgers.  

 

Our safari burgers® have proven popular at food festivals, markets and events througout the UK and can now be found in Leeds at the monthly World Feast market on Briggate. 

Our Safari Grill® catering concept of offering fresh cooked gourmet burgers in front of our customers has become very successful and our range of exotic meat and gourmet burgers have now become known as Safari Burgers® in their own right.

 

Given the success of our Safari Grill® and Safari Burgers®, we have taken on further permanent sites at events held in Manchester, Leeds, Halifax and Liverpool.

 

Safari Grill® and our Safari Burger®™ can now be found at the Urban Food Festival on Deansgate, Manchester every Saturday.

 

We are always looking for new markets and events and welcome any opportunity to work with event organisers as well as food markets, festivals and other events.
